In March of 2020, as the COVID pandemic began to hit, Ross Kemp and business partner Joe had all their business meetings cancelled as they got off the plane to the USA.

With the only thing left on the itinerary being a burger tour of Los Angeles with chef Alvin Cailan, they were introduced to famous Nashville Hot Chicken restaurants. “As soon as we tried that sweet, sweet chicken, we were hooked and knew we had to bring it back to Australia!” says Ross.

With that, Super Nash Brothers was born, recently opening in Waterloo this year.

Ross and Joe have always had a passion for burgers, and in the past ran a burger discovery app called The Burger Collective that paved the way for first-hand experience.

Ross says that Super Nash Brothers is “… all about delivering a never-before experience while injecting some nostalgia from the 90s! Nashville Hot Chicken is a new trend/product in the Aussie food scene and the flavour it delivers really blows people away.”

The brand also has a hyperlocal focus. Passionate about their community, the restaurant is also looking for a junior sports league within the community.

Super Nash Brothers are excited to announce a brand-new Super Sando Special in April called the Super Mexi Sando. A Mexican flavoured sando with lime pepper seasoning, jalapeno slaw, tortilla shards and chipotle aioli, they’re sure it will be winner.

Super Nash Brothers is located at 29 Amelia Street, Waterloo. They can be reached on 0457 357 212.
