Sydney Comedy Festival has announced the first acts taking part of the 2022 festival.
The festival will take over several Sydney venues from 25 April to 22 May.
The festival will be welcoming back comedians from overseas to its program, including popular American comedy history podcast The Dollop, UK comedian Stephen K Amos, Lebanese comedian Nemr and New Zealander comedian Melanie Bracewell.
Many much-loved favourites will also be returning to the festival, including the sketch stars of absurdism Aunty Donna, drag queen Karen From Finance, Joel Creasey, Christian Hull, and musical satirist Sammy J, amongst many more.
Participating venues are located all over Sydney including Enmore Theatre, Wildflower Wine Bar, the State Theatre, Riverside Theatre and Concourse Concert Hall.
